Woli Arole, a Nigerian comedian, has urged Christians to use perfumes.
He added that being a Christian doesn't mean one should not smell nice.
He wrote on Instagram: "Please I want to beg you in God's name, use body sprays and perfumes Abeg.Abeg. Abeg. Being a Christian doesn't mean you should not smell NICE.E get why I talk this thing oooo. Abeg smell well. Cleanliness is next to GODLINESS!!!"
He added: "Abegggg in God's name!!! Smell nice!!!

Use your brain. A lot of overly spiritual people and certain denominations frown at perfumes and by extension, deodorants and anti perspirants. Yet they sweat during extreme prayer sessions, and of course would stink. Imagine a full church, where 70% are sweaty and stinking

Woli Arole is out of mind. What a selfish cruel young man. Does he not understand how grave the Nigerian situation is? He has access (1) to generators to pump his water when there’s no electricity, (2) to daily pipe borne water running through his faucets so he can take baths and showers; (3) to charging fans and air conditioners to keep cool, etc etc. He can change his sweaty clothes X number of times daily. He can eat good food
